Returns & Exchanges
At Stripe 3, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure your equipment and apparel are in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Stripe 3 account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and brand tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
